Step 2 - Finding SNMP object index

Most of the snmp objects provide information about the physical elements of a device, for example network interfaces, hard disks, processors. Access to one element is possible by means of snmp index. Indexes are not always sequential. The easiest way to find the index of indexed snmp object is to use the LoriotPro report Center and to click on the snmp table object.

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB :hrsorageentry

The table is get with snmp on the Windows snmp agent and displayed.

The index is in the first column of the table , our C drive has index 2.
